At Nerdy.Money, we offer two types of products: Bespoke digital services and custom merchandise produced on demand, tailored to successful investors and entrepreneurs. Because both offerings are highly personalized, returns, cancellations, and refunds are extremely limited. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

2. Bespoke Digital Services

Immediate Commencement & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights: Our digital services begin immediately upon purchase. By confirming your order, you expressly waive the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal as provided under EU law.

Non-Refundable Services: Given the personalized, digital, and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, returns, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted once work on your bespoke strategy has begun. This policy applies unless Nerdy.Money is demonstrably at fault for failing to deliver the agreed-upon service.

3. Custom Merchandise Products

Made-to-Order Production: All merchandise is custom printed on demand by Printful.com and shipped directly to you. As these items are produced specifically for your order, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Please include detailed evidence of the issue. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any remedy (replacement or refund) will be provided at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable: Except for the narrow exception of defective or misprinted items, custom merchandise products are non-returnable.

4. Exceptions for Material Non-Delivery or Defective Services

If you believe that the service provided is materially different from what was agreed upon or contains a clear error attributable to Nerdy.Money, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of service commencement. Your claim must include detailed documentation and evidence of the issue. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any remedy—if applicable—will be offered at the sole discretion of Nerdy.Money.

5. Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict your statutory rights under applicable EU law. In any instance where this policy conflicts with mandatory legal provisions, the legal provisions will prevail.

7. Finality of Agreement

By purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Our bespoke nature means that, aside from the narrow exceptions stated above, returns and cancellations are not possible.
